Greetings for Autumn

may we give thanks

for all of the blessings in our lives!!

   Welcome to Chenlouchins! We are hobby breeders of quality pet chinchillas and show chinchillas in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.

We first got started in the Chin business when my partner fell in love with these two balls of fur at a local pet store in Oklahoma City. He purchased them, then called me over to his place with a Valentine Day Surprise for me. Presenting me with these most adorable balls of fur and big ears and bushy tales. One was Gray  male and the other was a White female with grayish markings (a white mosaic we later learned).  You couldn't help but fall in love with them, even though they were not the leather jacket I was hoping for as a gift.  He let them out of the cage to play and they terrorized our calico cat named Callie. We fell in love with the furry critters that I lovingly name George and Gracie; yes after George Burns and Gracie Allen.  Well after about 18 months they had their first kits (babies) and from there the madness began.

We have been raising chinchillas for pets for over seven years now; and we'd love for one of our chins to be apart of your family.
